The Trail Town Program has received a $140,000 federal grant to help 19 municipalities connect with the growing number of trail users during the next two years.
The program, an initiative of The Progress Fund in Greensburg, is designed to create an atmosphere where businesses and tourism can flourish by providing ongoing technical assistance in six areas: Business assistance and development, marketing, economic research, community connections, real estate development and small business loans.
