Work Hard Pittsburgh provides entrepreneurs with a path to start, scale and sustain their business ventures. They adhere to the standard cooperative values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity and solidarity. They passionately believe that the act of doing business gives our incubator unique advantages over other systems that only passively invest to generate revenue. Each year the cooperative launches a series of products leveraging the talent found in their members. These products, ranging from software applications to Academy Pittsburgh generate revenue for the coop and replenish their investment funds.
