People
Since moving to Grove City in 2005 with her husband, Lisa Pritchard has been employed as the Olde Town Grove City Manager. Her job is to create a better Grove City downtown through economic development, physical improvements and marketing initiatives. Through her position as city manager, she realized the need for a business like B’Gifted.
Progress
The Progress Fund provided a $50,000 loan for inventory, renovations and start up costs which also created two new jobs.
Impact
The upscale gift store is a significant addition to the Olde Grove City business district. The Grove City Prime Outlet mall attracts shoppers from a wide geographic area. B’Gifted offers high end products not available in the chain store outlets and will attract some of those visitors as well.
