David has 38 years of professional experience in economic development activities. He is co-founder of The Progress Fund and has been its Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 1997.

Karen has 26 years of experience in the administration and management of nonprofit organizations along with federal and state grant programs for community development. She is co-founder of The Progress Fund and has been its Chief Financial Officer since its inception in 1997.

Holly joined The Progress Fund in October 2018. She has 12+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant with other non-profit organizations. Her strong family upbringing has taught her the positive impact nonprofit organizations have on communities. In her free time, she enjoys exercising and spending time with her family.

Eric joined The Progress Fund in November 2017. He is a 2010 graduate of Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Since graduation, he has worked in various capacities of business lending, mainly underwriting loan requests from small businesses all across Pennsylvania. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and following Pittsburgh’s sports teams. (Pittsburgh office.)

Lisa joined The Progress Fund in June 2013. She spent the last 10 years doing clerical work in the construction industry. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, especially her two grandsons, and her much loved animals.
